Carlisle, Ky, Jan. 25- The funeral of Mrs. Hiram R. Ewing, 55, will take place
at the Carlisle Christian Church on Saturday morning, at 10:30 o'clock,
conducted by the Rev. Mr. Henry W. Schwan, and burial will follow in the family
lot in the Carlisle Cemetery. The active pallbearers will be eight of Mrs.
Ewings nephews. Dr. and Mrs. P.L. McClure, Miss Nancy McClure, of Bourbon
County; Mr. and Mrs Ollie McClure , of Nashville, Tenn.; Mr. and Mrs. J. E.
Boardman, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hopkins, Jr., Mrs. Lou Boardman, of Paris; Mr.
and Mrs. Richard Boardman, of North Middletown; Mr. and Mrs. John Boardman, of
Mt. Sterling; Mr. and Mrs. Roger H. Burris, of Bourbon county, are here to
attend the funeral.
