FARLEIGH, of Meade County, Ky., died on Saturday afternoon, March 5, 1904 in Owensboro, Ky (Daviess County), at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Chapeze WATHEN. She had been ill for several months, and her death was expected. She was 79 years of age. Mrs. Farleigh was prominently connected in this city (Cloverport), Owensboro, Hardinsburg, and Brandenburg, Ky. She was a daughter of the late Col. D. R. MURRAY of this city, and is a half sister of Gen. D. R. MURRAY of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County). Mrs. R. L. NEWSOM and Mrs. J. D. BRASHEAR of Cloverport, are her nieces. She is survived by three children: David W. FARLEIGH of Louisville, Ky J. A. FARLEIGH of Louisville, Ky Mrs. Chapeze WATHEN of Owensboro, Ky Mrs. FARLEIGH lived in Brandenburg the greater part of her life, and resided in Owensboro something more than a year.
