This day came Eleanor CAULK wife of Benjamin CAULK before us the undersigned Justices of the Peace for said County and being Examined by us privately and apart from her said husband freely and Voluntarily and without the persuasion or threats of him the said Benjamin relinquished her right of Dower in and to 100 acres of land situate in the County aforesaid on the waters of Hardins Creek and conveyed by the said Benjamin CAULK and wife to Alexander FAULKNER by deed bearing date the 3rd day of March 1802 and duly recorded in the County Court of the said County Given under our hands and seals this 7th day of January 1804 John HANDLEY [seal] George EDELEN [seal] Washington County Sct I.
