Sent: Saturday, October 11, 2003 6:09 AM >From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 19 Dec 02 Mildred Lucille Faulkner, 80, of Skyline Drive died Sunday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Aug. 15,1922, in Lee County, she was the daughter of the late Grover and Ollie Combs Stamper. She was a homemaker and the widow of Logan Faulkner. She was a Vista volunteer and a quilting club member with a block on display in the Eagle Quilt in the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. Survivors include two sons, Logan Faulkner Jr. of Pasadena, Texas, and Ron Faulkner of Trenton, Mo.; five daughters, Linda Herring and Fern Randolph, both of Stanford, Mary Damron of East Bernstadt, and Lillian Yeager and Sandra Cox, both of Versailles; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Saturday at 1355 Skyline Drive, Stanford, by Samuel Faulkner. _ ______________________________
