Proctor Felts, 79, Sturgis, died at 12:23 pm Tuesday February 17, at
Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn VanCleave in 1984; his
parents, George and Annabelle Proctor Felts; and one grandchild, John S.
Nall Jr.

Survivors include two dauthers, Joel Ann Felts Williams (with whom he made
his home), of Sturigs, nad Georgia Kay Felts Caudill of Louisville; one
son, William Proctor Felts Sr of Challis, ID; two sisters, Evelyn Felts
Quinn of Mesa, AZ., and Carolyn Felts Howell of Phoeniz, AZ; one brother,
George Hamilton Felts Jr of San Antonio, TX; six grandchildren and eight
great grandchildren.

Services were at 2pm Saturday at Whitsell Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff
Carter officiating.

Donations can be made to United Methodist Church.
