Will of Dr. J. W. Ferguson

I make and publish this my last will and testament.

After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I give Devis
and bequest to my wife Maria Scott FERGUSON, to be owned by her absolutely,
all and every species of my property that I may own at my death, to be
disposed of by will, deed or in any other manner that she may desire.

I direct that no inventory, appraisment, or surety upon the official bond
of my executor shall be required and no settlement of fiducial accounts.

I appoint my wife as executor of this will.

Witness my hand this 28th day of September 1902.
