J. Fisher, former Representative of Barren county, were held Tuesday, 3 pm, at the Glasgow Baptist Church, the Rev. Sam Ed Bradley in charge. Burial was in the Glasgow cemetery. "Mrs. Fisher died at her home on Franklin Street Sunday afternoon around 4:30 o'clock following an illness of fifteen months. Death was caused by a complication of diseases. "Born Nov. 7, 1867, in the Cedar Grove community, she had spent practically all her life in Barren county. She was the last surviving memember of a family of seven boys and two girls. "Mrs. Fisher was a devout member of the Baptist Church and was a kind and loving mother and lived faithfully to her maker until the end. She was universally loved, and a finer and more consecrated woman never lived. "Surviving are two sons, Messrs. Louie and Elvin Fisher, both of Glasgow, and three grandchildren, Mrs. Elizabeth Caswell, Louie, Jr., and Lam Fisher, all of Miami, Florida."
