Belle Victoria Keys was born on 7 December 1862 in Breckinridge County, 
Kentucky, to Andrew Jackson Keys, Sr. (born in Virginia or possibly Ohio)and 
Martha Ann Shaw (born in Indiana).  Belle married Joe M. Fitch (born in Meade 
County, Kentucky) on 14 Oct 1890 at the residence of John Keys in Breckinridge 
County, Kentucky.  The couple had at least 3 children -- Verne Keys Fitch, 
Edith Fitch, and James Bryan Fitch.  The informant identified on the death 
certificate, Mary M. Fitch, is likely Mary McGavock Fitch, the wife of Belle's 
son James Bryan Fitch.  Belle Victoria Keys Fitch is buried at Walnut Grove 
Baptist Church Cemetery, Lodiburg, Breckinridge County, Kentucky.
