In the name of God Amen 
I John FLANAGAN of the County of Washington and State of Kentucky being very 
sice and weak of body but being in perfect mind and memory Thanks be given unto 
God. Calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is 
appointed for all men to die I do make and ordain this my last will and 
Testament ___________ ______ and first of all I give and recommend my soul unto 
the hand of Almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the Earth to 
be buried in decent Christian burial at the direction of my Executors nothing 
doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the ____ again by the 
Almighty Power of God and as touching such worldly matters wherewith it had 
pleased God to bless me in this life I give bequeath and dispose ____________ 
_________ __ First I give and Bequeath to Roger RANEY eighty dollars ___ ____ 
out of my Estate. I give and bequeath to Coby ____ _____ dollars Cash. I give 
and bequeath to my brother Patrick FLANAGAN all the residue of my Est 
ate both real and personal to him and his heirs forever after all my just debts 
is paid and I likewise constitute and appoint make and ordain Patrick FLANAGAN 
my Executor and I do hereby utterly disallow and disannul all and every other 
former Testament Wills Legacies ___ bequeath and Executore by me in any wise 
before named will and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to 
be my last will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal this last day of May in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and 
thirteen
