Born in Bath county he was a son of the late Thomas Joshua and Maria Louisa Steele Fleming. Survivors include three brothers, Elmer Forest Fleming, Lexington, and Norman Earl and Warren Renfrew Fleming, both of Cincinnati and four sisters, Mrs. Earl (Pearl) Smathers, Sharpsburg; Mrs. Kelly (Ethel) Hunt and Mrs. Joe (Miranda) Fields both of Lexington, and Mrs. Charles (Dorothy) Crouch, Houston, Texas. The body was removed to Kerr Brothers Funeral Home.
