SHELBY COUNTY, KENTUCKY MARRIAGE BONDS
			1797-1814
The Clerk of Shelby County will grant a license for the Marriage of Mr.
Bayless Foley and my daughter Milley Breeden and in so doing this shall be
yur Sufficient Warrant given Under my hand & Seal this 2nd day of June 1801

This shall Oblige Ourselves our Heirs &c to be held and firmly bound unto
James Garrard Esqr of the Co'wealth of Kentucky for the time being and his
Successors in the penal sum of L50 witness our hands & seals this 2nd day
of June 1801   With condition that there shall be no Lawful cause to
obstruct the marrig of Mr Bayless Foaley and Miss Milley Breeden
then the above obligation to be void Else to remain in full force & virtue
