Children: Trinna L Shumate of Gallup, NM; Peggy Nims and husband Donald of Glasgow; Bobby Bunnell 
and wife Wilma of Cave City; Terry Bunnell and wife Debbie of Cave City
Grandchildren: Kyle, Matthew and Jonathan Bunnell and Amy Shumate
Sister: Louise Clymer, Horse Cave, KY
Several nieces and nephews including J. Larry Smith of Coral Hill; Michael Clymer of Elizabethtown, KY 
and Sonny Clymer of Horse Cave.
Preceded in death by:
First wife: Lorene Stevens Forbis
Brother: Kenneth Forbis
Sister: Nell Forbis Smith
Services: 2 pm Sunday, 12 March 2000, Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, Glasgow, burial Hiseville 
Cemetery.
