other, being 88 3/4 acres.  Wit: spencer Curd.

Deed Book D; page 156; Indenture  22 July 1814   William Earnest and William
Fortune, $200 pd, with earnest's debts to be paid, particularly to JJ
Crittenden and J. Johnson, and also to J. L Moore, Catherine Hawley and E.
Neely.  Fortune and wife may live on land where they do now.
