"MRS. BETTIE FOSTER died at her home here last Thursday morning. Mrs. Foster 
had been in declining health for some time, and her death was not unexpected. 
She was the wife of Mr. J. A. Foster, and mother-in-law of Deputy City 
Marshall, Mr. Doc Bailey. The remains were interred in the Odd Fellows 
Cemetery."
