Now if the Said Francis shall well and truly pay the Said Sum of $55. to her the Said Hubbard together with Interest & Costs thereon then the above obligation to be void else to be and remain in full force and virtue June 18th 1829. his Littleberry X Francis mark Kentucky Madison County Sct.
