He was born September 15, 1948 at Straight Creek, the son of the late Charles Frazier and Mary Frazier, who survives. He was a bus driver for Bell County and Pineville Schools. He also worked for Straight Creek Mines. In addition to his father, a brother, Terry Frazier, and his father-in- law, Victory Jordan, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Frazier, Jenson, his mother, Mary Frazier, Pineville; children Etheleen Frazier, Mary Ann Frazier, Jason Jordan Frazier, Earl Dean Frazier and wife Cindy, and Gary Dean Frazier; brothers, George Frazier (Sherry) Pineville, Charles (Sue) Frazier, Pineville, Ricky (Linda) Frazier, Pineville, Frank (Charlene) Frazier, Fort Wayne, IN and Dallas (Mindy) Frazier, Fort Wayne, IN; sisters Judy (Danny) Carroll, Pineville, Willie (Franklin), South Carolina; grandchild, Ashley Cantrell; brothers-in-law, Carl (Vicki) Jordan, Pineville, Ronald Jordan, Pineville, Monty (Francis) Jordan, Pineville, Paul Jordan; sisters-in-law, Debra (Eddie) Jones, Sue (Jimmy) Todd, Vicky (Michael) Martin, Jean Tyler, Ruth Nix, Anna Hayes, Lous Jordan; mother-in-law, Ethel Jordan, Jenson; special friend, James Blevins and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home with the Revs. George Neal and Carl Jordan presiding. Music was by Michael Jordan, Eric Jordan, Terry Bradley, and members of Jenson Pentecostal Church. Burial was in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro. Pallbearers were Jason Centers, Curtis Brock, Eddie Jordan, James Blevins, Steve Bryant, Mark Wilson, Earl Dean Frazier Jr. Honorary pallbearers were his brother-in- law, Hospice Staff, Dr. Valenica, and the staff at Middlesboro ARH.
