Garrard.John.M.1838.Bracken.WILL Following is the Will of John Mountjoy GARRARD, son of James GARRARD, 2nd Govenor of Kentucky. Transcribed by J. Dutch Revenboer 5-1-1997 to the best of my ability. I think it is noteworthy that he spells the last name GARRARD for his sons, and GIRARD for his daughters. Also, he states "...and perfect health...", yet records indicate he dies 4 months later, September 1836. Wife mentioned is Sally SHIPP, dau. of Laban and Elizabeth SHIPP. Enjoy!
