Deed Bk C, p 59, 60 MUNFORD; GILL; AMOS; HELM This Indenture made this nineteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five Between Rich d J. MUNFORD of the one part and William GILL of the other part both of Hardin County and State of Kentucky. Witnesseth that the said Richard J. MUNFORD for and in consideration of twenty pounds paid in Cattle at their trade rates to him in hand paid by the said William GILL the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell unto the said William GILL his heirs and assigns one certain tract or parcel of Land lying situate and being in the County aforesaid and bounded as followeth (to wit) Beginning at a Black Walnut hickory and white oak being a corner of the survey where Richard J. MUNFORD now lives thence with a line of the same South fifteen degrees East one hundred poles to four white oaks thence north seventy Degrees East three hundred and thirty six poles to a small white oak and two hickorys thence North fifteen degrees West ninety four poles to small willow Oak and a small red oak on the Northwesterly line of said MUNFORDS survey thence with the same South Seventy Degrees West three hundred and thirty six poles to the Beginning containing by estimation Two Hundred Acres be the same more or less with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the aforesaid thereto unto the said William GILL his heirs and assigns forever and the said Richard J. MUNFORD for himself and his heirs doth Covenant and agree with the said William GILL his heirs and assigns that he the said Richard J. MUNFORD will warrant and forever defend the title to the aforesaid tract or parcel of land unto the said William GILL his Heirs and assigns to the amount of the above named sum to be paid without interest on Cattle at their trade rates in case the above named land should be lost by any prior or better claim In Witness whereof the said Richard J.
