Dr. Glenn was born in 1825 near where he breathed his last breath and had been actively engaged in the practice of medicine for twenty years. He was a faithful and zealous man of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a Mason in excellent standing. His remains were interred at Knob Lick Church on Sunday afternoon at two o'clock with the usual Masonic rites. His whole life was that of an exemplary Christian, and the concourse of people that followed his remains to the final resting place was strong evidence of his neighbors' appreciation of his worth and character as a citizen, physician, and Christian gentleman. He leaves a large family. (Semi-Weekly Messenger and Examiner, Tuesday 27 September 1881 & Messenger and Examiner, Wednesday 28 September 1881.) ( died 24 SEP 1881) Submitted by: Warren P.
