Zeblon Godsey , age 62 years, died at his home at Yamacraw at 12:30 p.m. 
December 15. Mr. Godsey had made his home near Yamacraw for a number of years 
and had a number of friends. He was a Christian man and a member of the 
Mountain View Baptist Church and had led a Christian life.  Mr. Godsey is 
survived by his widow, four sons, Goldman, Wilburn, Robert and Parker Godsey 
all of Yamacraw; three daughters, Ida Godsey, Yamacraw, Clara Gregory, 
Smithtown, Marshall Godsey of Cooperative; two sister, Mrs. Arch Angel, 
Stearns and Nery Jane Morrow, Stearns; two brothers, Perry Godsey and 
Cornelius Godsey; one half-brother Rance Martin and one half-sister Lucinda 
Martin.  Funeral services were held at the Coffey Cemetery on December 17 
with interment there.
