GOFF, Hancock County, Ky Agriculture Agent for the past 19 years, died of a heart attack on Wednesday. He was on his way to a farm in Breckinridge County, and on the way, had car trouble, and went to a nearby farm home to telephone for a wrecker. He made the call for a wrecker, and told the farmer's wife that he had a severe pain in his chest, and asked to sit on the porch. The man came with the wrecker, and the woman said she thought Mr. GOFF was asleep, but he could not be aroused. An ambulance was called, and he was taken to the medical center of Cloverport, Ky (Breckinridge County), where he was pronounced dead of arrival at about 10:45 a.m. Mr. GOFF was born in Breckinridge County on March 5, 1900. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He had served as Hancock County Agriculture Agent for the past 19 years, and a member of the Hawesville Baptist Church in Hancock County. He is survived by: his wife, Mrs. Derl GOFF two sons: Charles Lewis GOFF, III of Glen Dean, Ky Breckinridge County James Edward GOFF of the U.S. Army in Berlin, Germany two sisters: Mrs. Elizabeth WILSON of Mountain City, Tennessee (Johnson County) Mrs. Katherine HETH of Cincinnati, Ohio (Hamilton County) one brother: M. F.
