GOODIN Mrs. Cora Bell GOODIN, Rt.3 Columbia, died after an illness of several days on Wednesday, June 21, at the hospital here. She was 87 and the wife of the late John William GOODIN who died in 1952. Surviving are five sons and six daughters. Paul GOODIN and Florence PIKE, both of Rt. 3, Columbia, Homer and Oscar GOODIN, Mrs. Ester BERTEL, Mrs Hattie BOHANON and Mrs. Ida BRYANT all of Indianapolis, Walker GOODIN, Muncie Ind. Mrs. Gertrude CORBIN, Morrison, ILL., William GOODIN, St. Petersburg, Fla., and Mrs. Lula STREEVAL, Edinburg, Ind.; one brother, Elvin SHACKLEFORD, St. Louis, Mo., one sister, Mrs. Ella BURCHETT, Louisville, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Reverend Avery Sollenberger conducted the funeral services on Friday, June 23, at Stotts and Phelps Funeral Home. Interment was in the New Hope Church cemetery.
