Erie Amazon Graybeal, 91, of Lincoln Ave., Campbellsville, died Tuesday, Feb. 
23, 1999 at Taylor County Hospital in Campbellsville after an illness. She was 
the daughter of the late L.E. Ball and Maggie Ball of Virginia, and was a 
member of East Campbellsville Church of God and a homemaker. She was married 
to Milton Spencer Graybeal, who preceded her in death in 1983. Survivors 
include four sons and four daughters, Bearl Graybeal of Gray, Ky., Millard 
Graybeal of Louisville, Harold Graybeal and Larry Graybeal, both of 
Campbellsville, Aileen Huff of Indiana, Christine Sprouse, Shirley Sturtivan 
and Virginia Bright, all of Campbellsville; 11 grandchildren; 31 great-
grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothy Bault 
of Campbellsville. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Roger Graybeal 
and Thomas Graybeal; one daughter, Helen Thomas; four grandchildren; three 
brothers and one sister, Ophir Ball, Willard Ball, Parker Ball and Maxie 
Puryear.
