MASON GREEN
Mason Green died Sunday morning, April 23, at his home near Fredricktown after a short illness. 
Almost 2 weeks before his death Mr. Green was stricken with a case of the grip and gradually grew 
worse until the end came. Funeral services were conducted by Father Pieters, at the Holy Trinity 
Catholic church at Fredricktown Tuesday morning after which the remains were interred in St. 
Dominic's cemetery.

  Mr. Green was sixty six yeas old. He had been married twice and is survived by his second wife 
and four children of that union and a large family of children by his first wife.

  Mr. Green was a man who had the esteem of many warm friends to whom his death came as a great shock.
