I Thompson Green of Breckinridge County Kentucky being of sound mind and memory and knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life doth make and ordain this my last will and testament. 1st. My will and wish is that after my decease that all my just shall be paid funeral expenses 2nd. My will and wish then is that Elizabeth Green my true and lawful wife shall have the full and entire authority of all and every part of my estate both real and personal this being my last will and testament hereby revoking all others given under my hand this 31st day of July 1848.
