Funeral rites set for Wilber C. GREGORY of Louisville (Jefferson County) Ky., and formerly of Cloverport 
(Breckinridge County), Ky., a retired L. & N. 
Conductor, died suddenly Tuesday of a heart attack in Louisville.  Dhonau Funeral Home is in charge of 
arrangements.  The body will arrive at the funeral home Thursday afternoon.

Wilber C. GREGORY, age 78 of Louisville, Ky. and formerly of Cloverport, Ky., died suddenly of a heart 
attack on August 9, 1960 in Louisville.

Mr. GREGORY was born August 21, 1882 in Cloverport, the son of John David and Ella GRAHAM 
GREGORY.  He was a retired Louisville & Nashville Railroad Conductor, a member of Virginia Avenue 
Methodist Church in Louisville, and the Cloverport Masonic Lodge.  He with Mrs. GREGORY had lived in 
Cloverport for the past 15 years before moving last year to their home at 1726 Dixie Highway.
Mr. GREGORY is survived by:
his wife, Essie BOHLER GREGORY
one brother:
Harold GREGORY, Louisville, Ky.
two sisters:
Mrs. James HART, Louisville, Ky.
Mrs. Carrie DAVEY, Needville, Texas

Funeral services were held Thursday at the O. D. White Funeral Home, Louisville, and at 2:00 p.m. Friday 
at Dhonau Funeral Home in Cloverport with burial in the Cloverport Cemetery.
