McGinnis - William Hall February 5 1819 Mercer County KyArchives Deed Written: February 5 1819 Recorded: September 10 1819 Deed Book 11, page 280 This Indenture made this 5th day of Feb'y 1819 Between William Hall and Elizabeth his wife of Mercer County and State of Kentucky of the one part and John L. McGinnis of Said County and State of the other part Witnesseth that the Said Wm. Hall and Elizabeth his wife for and in consideration of the Sum of thirty Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell alien and confirm unto the Said John L. McGinnis and his heirs forever One certain lot in the Town of Perryville Number Sixty one with its appertenances. To have and To hold the Said lot of ground with its appertenances to the only proper use & behoof of him the Said John L. McGinnis and his heirs forever and the Said Wm. Hall and Elizabeth his wife for themselves their Heirs Executors administrators and Assigns the Said land premises unto the Said John L. McGinnis and his Heirs Shall and will forever warrant and defend against the Claim or Claims of all and Every other person or persons whatsoever. In Testimony whereof the said William Hall & Elizabeth his wife have hereunto Set their hands and affixed their Seals the day & year above written.
