This is the second of three pages of recordings in the account book of Dr. 
William Hall.  Dr. Hall was one of the county doctors in Breckinridge County, 
primarily around the town of Custer but not limited to Custer.  The pages have 
names that are a basic "Who's Who" of Breckinridge County and the general 
Custer area.
