Born on May 17, 1907 in Breckinridge County, he was the son of the late Will HARPER and Alice LASLIE HARPER. He was a farmer. Survivors include: three daughters: Mrs. Rudelle LESLIE of Hardinsburg Route, Ky Mrs. Shirley NEYENHAUS of Tell City, Indiana (Perry County) Mrs. Alice CHRISTIAN of Tell City, Indiana one son: Ronnie HARPER of Hardinsburg, Ky 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren The funeral was held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 1982 from the Chapel of the Trent- Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg. The Reverend Larry Stoess, officiating. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
