This is a picture of Rev. Wesley and Phoebe Reddinger Harrington.  Wesley was a 
preacher around the Custer area, as well as around the midwest.  Later in life 
he helped establish, with his brother and sister in law (Rufus and Katie Mae 
Minter Lynch) the Custer Church of God which is now known as Memorial Chapel. 

Wesley is the son of Henry G. Harrington and his second wife, Alice Minerva 
Blissett.
