Know all me by these presents that whereas we Margaret Ha[rris] John & Rebecca Harris John & Nancy [Trudx] late Nancy Harris and [ ] Harris of the County of Preble and state of ohio and James & Elizabeth and Michael & Mary Harris of the county of Clinton and state of In[diana] am seized in fee of and in all that tract of land situated laying [ ] in the County of Barren and state of Kentucky now or late in the poss[ession] of Archibald hatchet [ ].
