Know all men by these Presents that we William Harvey and Noah G. Lee are
held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the _______ sum
of L50 pounds current money to which payment well and truly to be made we
bind ourselves our heirs and family by the presents sealed which our selvs

The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas there is a
marriage shortly intended to be had and solemnized between the above bound G
Lee and Sally Harvey ____ the of the County of madison of their be no lawful
cause to obstruct the same then this obligation to be void else to remain in
full force and virtue.
