"YOUNG BOY DIES. Marvin, the sixteen year-old son of Rev. and Mrs. F. V. Harwood, died at the home of his parents, Sunday night at 11:30 o'clock, after a three weeks' illness of typhoid fever. "The young boy was first taken with a bilious fever which later developed into typhoid with its fatal results. He was a student at the High School here and was one of the brightest and most manly little fellows enrolled. His little playmates were especially fond of him and he as a great favorite with them. In the home, he was a lovable, affectionate child and his vacant place in the home circle will be a source of great sorrow to the bereaved family. Dutiful, obedient and thoughtful, he afford much joy and happiness, to his parents and his many little friends and school companions. "The funeral services will be conducted by Rev. A. M. Leitchfield at the Methodist church this morning at ___ o'clock after which the remains will be interred in the cemetery at this place. He is survived by his parents and one brother, Samuel Harwood."
