KENNETH DUDLEY HAZEL Kenneth Dudley Hazel, 61, died on Sunday, June 7, of cancer at his residence in Mt. Juliet, TN. A management analyst, trainer and writer, Ken published many articles on leadership. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Peggy Hazel; a son, Chris Hazel; and a daugther, Genevieve Hazel; locally survived by his Aunt Mrs. Van Hazel, Sturgis; Uncle Guy Newcomb, IN., and one cousin Norma Trainer of Sturgis. A native of Sturgis, Ken received a B.S. from Murray State University, served as a U. S. Army officer in Germany, then worked for DuPont in Old Hickory. Later he formed his own management consulting firm, specializing in leadership. Visitation will be from 4:30 - 6:30 on Wednesday June 10 at St. Stephen Catholic Community at 14544 Lebanon Rd., Old Hickory, TN. A funeral Mass will follow immediately at 6:30pm at St. Stephen. Arrangements are being coordinated by Morturary Associates. Interment will be in Sturgis. A grave side service will be held at the Pythian Ridge Cemetery at 1pm on Thursday, June 11.
