Services for Thomas Jefferson "Speck" Hazelwood Jr., 83, of Henson Drive
will be 11 a.m. Friday at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Lance Perry. Burial
will be in Berea Cemetery.
He died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Pallbearers are John Phillips, Roy Wolfe, Lucian Landers, Robert Sanders,
Raymond Reed and Clarence Mershon.
Honorary pallbearers are members of the firing squad of American Legion
Boyle Post 46.
Visitation is after 4 p.m. today with a Masonic service at 7 p.m.
