Hill To Will Mahala A. Smith, et.al. April 8, 1935 I, Dicy E. Hill, of the city of Mima, County of Morgan, State of Kentucky, make my last will and testament at my death in the following form and number. 1st I give and bequeath to Mahala A. Smith my daughter one dinner bell, (2) two feather beds, (2) two feather bolsters (4) four feather pillows, (6) six quilts (1) one blanket, (2) two bed steads (1) one stand table, also all dishes and cooking utencils, (1) one dish safe (3) three chairs, (1) looking glass (1) one lamp, (1) one enlarge picture, (1) one bed spread (1) one pair stilliards, 2 11/12 dz. sealing cans, (1) family Bible also a certain tract or parcel of land in the same County and State aforesaid and on the water of Smith Creek a tributary of Big Paint Creek and bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning on a rock marked "X" near the forks of the creek a corner between Dicy E. Hills and Mary J.Wright, thence a straight line to a willow stump thence a straight line across the branch to a white walnut, thence a straight to a set stone marked D, thence a southern course to a poplar upon the hill, thence a straight line to the top of the hill to Ervin Cantrill's line to a oak tree marked with an X thence a western course with said Cantrill's line to J. C. Hill's line thence with said Hill's line a northern course to the foot of the hill on the other side of the creek, thence with the foot of the hill to the beginning corner, containing 15 acres more or less. Being the same land alloted by the Division of the M.C. Court, to have and to hold with all appurtenances belonging to them. 2nd I give and bequeath to Eady E.
