Retired school teacher in the Barren County school system over 30 years. 
Member Glasgow Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for 65 
years, member of the choir, member of the Order of Eastern Star #257in Glasgow 
and numerous organizations.
Survivors:
Daughter: Dr. Elda Simpson and husband David of Homewood IL
Daughter-in-law: Faye Kinslow and husband Steve of Glasgow
Grandchildren: Robert Hogue III and wife Jennifer and Martha Mack and husband 
Joey of LA, Brian Simpson and Eric Simpson of Los Angeles CA
Great-grandchildren: Jamie and Allison Hogue, Dylan and Katelyn Simmons, all 
of Glasgow, and Dristan Mack of Livingston LA
Sisters: Jewell Ashley of Sweeden KY, Cora Ashley of Louisville KY and Adele 
Meadows of Greensburg KY
Brother: Cova Duvall of WInchester KY
Several nieces and nephews
Preceded also in death by:
Son: Bobby Hogue
Three sisters and one brother
Services: Wednesday, 10 Nov 2004, 1 pm, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.
