Al is survived by his wife - Patricia Hook of Hardinsburg,KY his mother: Elizabeth Hook of Louisville,KY
3 sons: Danny and Richard Hook of Louisville,KY Jeffrey Hook of Vine Grove,KY
1 brother: Freddie Hook of Louisville,KY
1 sister: Delores O'Daniel of Louisville,KY
5 grandchildren: Joey, Jeffrey, Austin, Kaylen and Jacob Hook
 
At the request of Al, no services will be held. Trent-Dowell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
