Joseph Horn for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds current money of Kentucky to him in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth acknowledge himself satisfyed contented and paid hath Covenanted bargained and sold and do by these presents covenant bargain and sell unto the said Jean Hubbard and her Heirs and assigns one certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Garrard aforesd. and on the south west side of paint lick creek and bounded as followeth (to wit) Beginning at two sugar trees on the bank of sd. creek Where Hendersons line as aforesd. of Archibald Woods dec'd crosses sd. creek, thence with sd. south fifty seven degrees East one hundred and four poles to two buckeye trees on harts line East fifty seven degrees North one hundred thirty poles to a buckeye and sugar trees on the bank of sd. creek thence down the meanders of the same to the beginning to have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned land and premises containing seventy one and ¼ acres of land within and to the bounds above mentioned with their and every of their appertenances unto the sd. Jean Hubbard and her Heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of her the said Jane and her Heirs and assigns and the sd. Joseph Horn for himself and his Heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend free and Clear from all claim or claims right title interest and demand of any person or persons whatsoever of in or to any parts or parcel of the above mentioned land and premises unto the said Jean Hubbard her Heirs and assigns in Witness whereof the sd. Joseph Horn hath hereto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written. Signed Sealed and delivered.
