HOWE Of Kentucky John W. Howe applied for revolutionary pension while living in Greenup County, Kentucky, in June, 1833, when he was 80 years of age. He was therefore born in 1753. He died April 30, 1835. His widow, Mary Ann Howe, applied for widow's pension, March 16, 1841, aged 75 years. She was therefore born in 1766. They were married in Montgomery County, Virginia, September 19, 1782. Their children were: Joseph, born 1783; Rebeckah, born 1785; Elinor, born 1787; Sarah, born 1789; William, born 1791; Daniel Lynham, born 1793, and John Nelson, born 1795.
