John Hubbard deceased hath this day bargained & sold and doth by these presents bargain sell alien and confirm unto the afsd. Johnathan Finnell Two certain Tracts or parcels of land both Lying and being in the County of Garrard and on the waters of Paintlick creek and bounded as follows (to wit) the first Tract containing thirteen acres one Quarter and Thirty two poles and Bounded as follows To wit Beginning at a stake in a draw on the B. Scho--- line a Buckeye and white walnut pointers thence with the draw with its meanders N15E 40 po. to P. lick creek thence down the creek N71E 46¾ po. thence S51E 14 po. to a stake in the mouth of a draw thence up the draw South 19 W 34 poles to a stake in said Schoolers line thence with his line S82W 50 poles to the beginning the other Tract Containing Twenty two acres two Quarters and nineteen poles & Bounded as follows To wit, Beginning at a stake on P. Lick Creek corner to John Maret thence with his line N57½ Degrees W 64 poles to a Beech and Hickory trees corner to John Maret and James Finnell thence with said Finnells line N51½W 43 po. to a stake on said Line thence S2W 76 poles to a stake on the South bank of Lick creek a sycamore and Buckeye pointers thence down the creek with its meanders North 77 East 25¾ poles thence South 51E 14 poles thence N80E 45 poles thence North 52½E 13¼ po. to the Beginning with all & singular the appurtenances thereunto Belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said Johnathan Finnell his heirs and assigns forever against the claim of the heirs of the afsd.
