POWELL, Tenn. - Eula Virginia Billips Inman, 79, passed away 
Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, at Brakebill Nursing Home in Knoxville, Tenn. Born March 16, 1923, in Bluefield, W.Va., she was the daughter of 
the late Levi Avis and Jannie Belle Young Billips. She was a retired personal secretary, having worked in law and insurance offices prior to her finishing her working career at the University of Tennessee. 
She was a member of Powell United Methodist Church. In addition to 
her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack E. Inman 
Jr.; brothers, Alfred Taylor Billips Sr., Charles Avis Billips, 
Howard Victor Billips; and twin sister, Nellie Frances Jones, who 
died Nov. 14, 2001. Survivors include one sister, Ella Louise 
Billips Smith, Knoxville; sister-in-law, Hazel Billips, Knoxville; 
nieces, Betty Jo Galbreath, Knoxville, Vicki Beck, Helena, Montana, 
Becky Stoltz, Cut Bank, Montana, Ella Louise Swanson, Lakeland, 
Fla.; nephews, Aldred Billips Jr., Glennville, W.Va., Dr. William C. Billips, Atlanta, Ga., Douglas Billips, Lexington, Ky., Leslie F. 
Jones, Ten Mile, Tenn.; and one godchild, Frederick Lee Jones, 
Kingston, Tenn.; and several grand nieces and grand nephews. Family 
and friends will meet at Middlesboro Cemetery at 11 a.m. Tuesday. A 
graveside service will be conducted by the Rev. Edwin Mitchell.

   Honorary pallbearers will be Douglas Billips, William D. Billips, Alfred T. Billips, Bob Galbreath, Leslie F. Jones, Frederick Lee 
Jones, and Chuck Coward. Memorials are suggested to the church of 
charity of your choice. Visitation is from 6-7:30 p.m. today at 
Gentry-Griffey Chapel, Knoxville, Tenn., which is in charge of 
arrangements.
