Mable Ison
1916-1996

Mable Maddox Ison, 79, of 3020 Central Ave., died Thursday in King's Daughter's 
Medical Center.

Mrs. Ison was born Oct. 12, 1916, in Elliott County, a daughter of the late 
Robert and Martha (Johnson) Maddox.

Her husband, Kimble Ison, preceded her in death.

Surviving are a son, David Ison of Angola, Ind.; two brothers, Ezra Maddox of 
Flatwoods and Everett Maddox of Rush; and two grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Golden Oaks 
Memorial Gardens by Herbert Salyers.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Neal Funeral Home at 
Catlettsburg.
