John L. Jackman died at his home near Oil City, Ky., Monday, January 9, 1905, 
at 4 o'clock a.m. In the sixty-seventh year of his age. Funeral services by 
Rev. James Chenault at his late home Tuesday morning, January 10, 1905, at 10 
o'clock. Burial will follow in the family burying-ground. Friends and acquaintances are invited to attend. Monday, January 9, 1905."
