Jackson and Ann his wife of the State of Kentucky and County of Bath of the first part and Henry Neal of the County of Nicholas & State aforesaid Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of One Hundred and five dollars to them in hand paid. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged doth grant, bargain Sell and Confirm unto the said Henry Neal his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land Situate and lying in the county of Nicholas on the waters of Main Licking River containing Thirteen acres Eight poles and bounded as ffollows Towit: Beginning at a forked Beech on the bank of Licking corner to John Berry, thence S.39 W.13.4 poles to a small beach, thence N.4 E.50 poles to a Small beach & Elm Sapling on the South Side of a Small hollow. thence N.58degrees. 30 W.14.3 poles to a Set Stone, thence N.15 degrees. 30 E. 56 poles to a Stone on the North Side of a deep hollow in George Flora's line thence with his line S.50 degrees E.35.4 to two Sugartrees and Dogwood on the bank of the river. thence up the Same S.20 degrees. 30'W.62.6 poles to Buckeye Stump thence S.21degrees-5 poles to the beginning Together with all and Singular the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the land hereby conveyed and the appurtenances unto the Said Henry Neal his heirs or assigns forever and the Said James C.
