She was born July 23, 1915 in Clay Co., KY., the daughter of the late Everett Sizemore and Ida Bowling Sizemore. She was joined in holy matrimony at Bright Shade, KY., in Clay Co., June 19, 1932 to Perry Jackson, son of Andrew and Rosa Jackson. She was a member of the United Baptist Church and she believed in the Holiness faith. She is survived by the following members of her family: her husband, Perry Jackson, Arjay; 6 sons, Ernest Jackson, Milford, MI., Hearl Jackson, Daniel Jackson, and Earl Jackson, all of Pineville, KY., W.P. Jackson and Layman Jackson, both of Arjay; 2 daughters, Mrs. Anna Moore, Detroit, MI., Mrs. Wilma Hubbard, Mills, KY; 2 brothers, Edward Sizemore, Arjay, KY., Daniel Sizemore, Bright Shade, KY; 1 sister, Mrs. Millie Patrick, Cary, KY; 27 grandchildren and 15 great, grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Jackson were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 1985 at the Arjay Pentecostal Church with the Revs. George Neal, Melvin Beverly and Randall Collins officiating. Burial followed in Slusher Cemetery, Arjay, KY. Her grandsons served as pallbearers. Durham Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
