Unknown Glasgow KY newspaper, from files of the late Birdie Lutzow.
"The death angel visited the home of Mrs. Ida Johnson and claimed for his own her loving husband. Mr. 
Johnson had been a sufferer from that dreaded disease consumption for the past year, until God 
released him from his pain. He leaves a devoted wife, and five children, his father and only two brothers, 
Messrs. 
Clarence and Willie Johnson of Glasgow, and many other relatives and friends to mourn the loss of a 
loving husband, and father. He had been a faithful member of the Presbyterian church for many years. 
Funeral services were conducted at Neals Chapel, Saturday evening last by Rev. Dilley, after which the 
remains were laid to rest by loving hands to await the summons of Him who will at last call us all from 
sleep to reward."
