Sarah Johnson by mark Submitted by: Margaret H. Kannensohn en4cer48@aol.com Additional Comments: Andrew H. Armstrong's family cemetery has/will shortly be posted. In 1850, Amos Johnson, an idiot, was 58, living with Ann W., 30, in the household of Henry Goss. Amos had been born in NC, and Ann in IN. It is likely Sarah Johnson was buried in the Johnson family cemetery on their land, which was excepted from the deed. Her brother Horatio likewise was buried there. The "Milley," a woman emancipated by Sarah's brother, Horatio, was Milley Cole [see Horatio Johnson will]. She and others of her children who likewise were emancipated, likely are buried on the original ten acres devised her in the will above. The location of the site is in Coletown, Fayette County KY, but no current record of the Cole burials is available. Other, more recent burials have been reported at the site; same have/will be uploaded here. This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.net/kyfiles/
