He had spent his entire life in the community of which he was a resident at the time of his death. Many years ago, he was married to Miss Laura RHODES, who preceded him in death some five years ago. Mr. JOLLY is survived by: three sons: Nelse JOLLY of McQuady, Ky Jack JOLLY of McQuady, Ky William JOLLY of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County) four daughters: Mrs. Thos. (Thomas) MILLER Mrs. John MILLER Mrs. Edgar JOLLY Mrs. Malcolm O'BRIEN Many years ago Mr. JOLLY was familiarly known about Cloverport, as he so often came here to trade. He was a friend of the late F. (Frederick) FRAIZE, then the leading merchant of this city, and for this reason, he was a frequent visitor in Cloverport. He was well-known throughout the county, and had hundreds of relatives and friends. The funeral was held at the Catholic Church of St. Marys in the Woods near McQuady, of which he was a member. Tice HENDRICK, Mrs. William DARST, and Mrs. Scott MATTINGLY of this city, are all relatives of Mr. Jolly.
