I James Jupin do hereby of my own free will and accord release to Lewis Jupin 
my Brother all claim which I have or may, or might or can have to my Decd. 
father’s Estate or to any part thereof as his heir, Distributee, or Devisee, or 
in any other Character whatever; hereby Renouncing all claim to any part of the 
sd. Estate given under my hand & seal this 19th day of March 1817.
